54 hole stroke play where 18 holes is played each day.

There is no 36 hole cut. All players will play all three days.



The draw for the first round and second round will be released by the Monday prior to the event  

The draw for the final round will be seeded (based on results after two rounds, where the players with lowest score will head out last off the first tee). The final day draw will be released Thursday afternoon / early evening at



Players must be aged under 19 as of Wednesday 16th January 2019.

We encourage all junior girls with an official handicap to enter.

The entry fee is $90.

Practice Round Information

Please book your practice round for the Tuesday 15th January by phoning the Riverside Golf Club on 07 843 6287

The St Peters driving range will be in operation for the girls and u13 boys to use as a warm up facility and practice facility.

It will be open Monday and Tuesday and then on play days, 2 hours before the first tee time, and 2 hours post completion of round of last tee time.

It will be $5 for bucket of 50 balls. There will be eftpos available for purchasing.



Prize list

The leading three players in gross and nett will receive New Zealand Golf medals for their achievement. Medal will also be presented for the leading two players in the under 17, under 15 and under 13 age groups.


Other Important Information

It is a condition of the event that players are not able to have a caddy.

A limited number of trundlers will be available for hire.

The final round will be a two tee start from approximately 8am. The final group will likely finish at approximately 2pm.


New Zealand Golf invite all players, parents and supporters to a workshop with High Performance Sport NZ Sport Psychologist, David Galbraith. The workshop will delve into the performance mindset required to achieve your dream goals and how to connect the dream goal to the values, behaviours and habits the player displays and lives by.
