2018 TOYOTA Junior Golf World Cup Supported by JAL, Toyota City, Aichi-Prefecture, Japan.

The New Zealand girls campaign is done and dusted at the Chukyo Golf Club's Ishino Course where they have finished in 7th place against the world’s best.

Japan were unstoppable this week and finished a whopping 10 shots ahead of second place.

 

Carmen Lim was the standout for the Kiwis to finish in 14th place with Juliana Hung not far behind in 20th and Rose Zheng in 21st.

This team was one of the youngest New Zealand has sent, so there will be lots of learnings as these three talents continue to grow.

The New Zealand boys team has completed the 2018 Toyota Junior World Cup in 10th place while Denmark has completed a narrow two shot victory over Spain.

Kevin Koong has ended the week as the lead New Zealander with a tournament total of one-over par and rounds of 75, 69, 70 and 71 to finish T17 on the individual leaderboard.

Hiroki Miya closed his tournament just one shot behind at two-over par after a more consistent week recording rounds of 72, 70, 72 and 72.

Shaun Campbell slowly found his feet to finish three-over for the event while Tom Parker bounced back from a challenging start to finish 11-over.
